Spring Sports Physicals Information and Sign Up

Sports physicals for any athlete who is planning on participating in a spring sport will be offered free of charge by school physician Dr. Stephanie Young during the school day on: Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 If your student already participated in a fall or winter sport, OR received a sport physical dated after 5/1/2024 then they WILL NOT need to get a new physical, but PIAA Section 7 (re-certification form) will need completed on BigTeams by a parent/guardian. Instructions for completing Section 7 can be found HERE. If you would like your student to receive a physical during the school day on Tuesday, February 18th, please CLICK HERE or on the link below to fill out the form of consent/permission: Spring Sports Physicals Consent Form In addition to a sport physical, athletes who have not yet participated in a sport this school year will also need PIAA Sections 1-6 completed by a parent or guardian on BigTeams. Starting with the 2023 winter sports season, Central Cambria Athletics has transitioned to an online format for physicals utilizing BigTeams.

With moving to the electronic system, all forms except for Section 6 will be completed online with a mobile device or laptop. Section 6 is the form completed by the physician at the time of the physical.
You can download a copy by clicking the link below. You can also download and print Section 5 after you complete the form on BigTeams to take to your physician at the time of the physical.
