Winter Sports Physicals Sign Up and Information

Hello! We are still several weeks out from the start of the winter sport season but I wanted to put some important information on your radar. Sport physicals for any athlete who has not yet received one and is planning on participating in a winter sport will be offered FREE OF CHARGE during school hours by Dr. Stephanie Young on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6th, 2025 In order to receive a physical, simply fill out the following google form to give consent: https://forms.gle/EAZJA7CG1AchLdUs6 Once completed, myself or Mrs. VanFossen the school nurse will upload it to BigTeams. If you choose to use your own doctor, we are allowed by the PIAA to use any sport physical that was performed on or after May 1st, 2025. A school physical form cannot be accepted. Sports Physicals Directions and Help Page Starting with the 2023 winter sports season, Central Cambria Athletics has transitioned to an online format for physicals utilizing BigTeams. You can access the login page or create a parent account on BigTeams by CLICKING HERE For full, step by step instructions for setting up your account and navigating the BigTeams website, please CLICK HERE With moving to the electronic system, all forms except for Section 6 will be completed online with a mobile device or laptop. Section 6 is the form completed by the physician at the time of the physical. You can download a copy by clicking the link below.
