For any student who is planning on playing a winter sport but has not yet received a sports physical,

sports physicals for the winter sports season will be offered by Dr. Stephanie Young free of charge during school hours on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.

Any student who has not yet participated in or received a sports physical for the 2024/2025 school year will be required to have a sports physical done in order to participate in a winter sport. 

If you would like your student to have a physical performed at the school by Dr. Young at the date above, please complete the following Google Form or send in a written note prior to November 5th.

In addition to the sports physical, all athletes are required to have an account on BigTeams for completion of PIAA Sections 1-5 (students who have not played a sport yet this school year) or Section 7 (the re-certification form) for those who have played a fall sport or received a sports physical over the summer.
